PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorari, call the records pertaining to the Impugned Order and Gazatte Notification both dated 22.09.2011 removing the petitioner from the Village President of Kavanur Village Panchayat vide the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A8/725/2009 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and also in violation of principles of Natural Justice. This Writ Petition has been filed to call the records pertaining to the Impugned Order and Gazatte Notification both dated 22.09.2011 removing the petitioner from the Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

President of Kavanur Village Panchayat vide the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A8/725/2009 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and also in violation of principles of Natural Justice.

2.The Petitioner has filed a writ petition challenging the proceedings initiated by the District Collector and published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazatte in the year 2011, which has already expired. After a lapse of 8 years, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
