ORDER

The petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.1038 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge, Family Court, Madurai and 1/4

transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Notice has been served on the respondent.

3. Heard M. Manikandhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. D. Priya for Mr. R. Subburaj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Ms. D. Priya for Mr. R. Subburaj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that her client has no objection for the transfer of case from Madurai to Chengalpattu.

5. In the light of the above submission, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in H.M.O.P. No.1038 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Special Judge, Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu. No costs.
