This petition in C.M.P.No.6728 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 202 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.14265 of 2024. This petition in C.M.P.No.6727 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 192 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.12820 of 2024. This petition in C.M.P.No.6731 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.14263 of 2024.

The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, the respondent would contend that the reason for the delay has not been adequately explained and the only ground that has been put forward is that the earlier learned counsel has not taken any steps and therefore, the delay is willful and deliberate. 3.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The petitioners have in their respective affidavits filed in support of these condone delay petitions have stated that they have been not aware of the dismissal of the appeal and copy of the order was also not served on time by their counsel, as a result of which, there is a delay in filing https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis of these second appeals.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay in filing the above second appeals are condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if it is otherwise, in order and list the same for admission.
