ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16163 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22626 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 in Cr.No.542 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16163 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22626 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 in Cr.No.542 of 2024., is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
