It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the order dated 03.01.2017 passed in W.P.No.60 of 2017 has been complied with, vide proceedings of the Managing Director, Gratuity Trust Fund, Tamilnadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Head Office, Chennai-10, vide Proceedings No.AGR3/67287/2013-(1), dated 22.10.2020 and to that effect, he has also produced compliance report consisting of order of compliance dated 22.1.2020 enclosed with annexures. The same is taken on file and record.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary and the Contempt Petition is closed.
