The petitioner has challenged the impugned Tender Notification dated 07.01.2022 bearing Na.Ka.No.715/2021/E1 issued by the respondent. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has wrongly given the date of the impugned Tender Notification as 24.01.2022. As per the impugned Tender Notification, the date 24.01.2022 is the last date for submitting the tender.

2. Be that as it may, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the Tender is to be cancelled in the upcoming Council Meeting. That apart, the date has already expired. Considering the fact that as on date, the tender has not been proceeded further, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Suffice to state that as and when the respondent floats the fresh tender, they shall comply with the rules and regulations for calling a fresh tender. Page No. 2 of 4
