Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the first respondent, quash the order of the first respondent bearing Memo No.CMWSSB/P&A/STF/RA1/38087/2003 dated 29.10.2003 and consequently, direct the first respondent to refix the pay of the petitioner by taking into the service rendered with the second respondent and count the service rendered with the second respondent for pensionary benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 respectively have submitted that pending this writ petition, the petitioner died on 06.11.2014. Thereafter, Mr.R.Siddhartha 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chandragandhi, the elder son of the deceased writ petitioner submitted an Application before the respondent Board requesting to give him a compassionate appointment. They further submitted that after considering the said Application, the respondent Board appointed Mr.R.Siddhartha Chandragandhi, legal heir of the deceased petitioner, as a Field Worker.

2. In view of the submission made by the respondents' counsel, nothing survives in the present writ petition and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs.
