JUDGMENT

No representation for the petitioner. The matter has been pending since 2015. The appeal is filed by the complainant being aggrieved by the dismissal of a private complaint against the respondent alleging that the 1st respondent contracted 2nd Marriage with the 2nd respondent on 17.08.2008 after deserting her and therefore, liable to be punished under Section 498 of IPC.

The Court below after appreciating the evidence let-in by both sides acquitted all the accused who are the respondents herein. Since there is no representation on the side of the petitioner and on perusal of the records, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of acquittal.
