ORDER
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by way of Counter Affidavit that the sole petitioner died on Page No. 1 of 4
17.04.2020 and the pension and all other benefits are also drawn and paid to the wife of the deceased petitioner.
2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is not informed about the death of the petitioner and in view of settlement of terminal benefits of the deceased petitioner in favour of his wife as stated in Paragraph 17 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the second respondent requested the Court to close the matter.
3. In view of the same and also taking into consideration that the sole petitioner also died as early as 2020 and no legal representatives are brought on record, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions is also closed.
