This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 13.07.2012 passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6946/A4/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is related to deployment of the petitioner.

3. In view of the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20822 of 2012 dated 01.08.2012, he is continuing at the same school and now he is the senior most teacher in the school.

4. In light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
