This Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceeding of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 278 of 2012 commenced by notice dated 13.08.2012 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
