Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner comprising in survey No.1B Facile No.1428 about 5 cents situated at No.205A, Muthu Mandapam, Kulathumedu, Anna Nagar, Vellore based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019. ORDER

The petitioner submitted his representation dated 22.07.2019 seeking patta in respect of land comprised in S.No.1B Facile No.1428 measuring 5 cents situated at No. 205A, Muthu Mandapam, Kulathumedu, Anna Nagar, Vellore District.

2. On receipt of the same, the second respondent conducted an enquiry and found that the the said land is not registered under the Town Survey Register. The land which is in possession of the petitioner located at Palar, in respect of Palar, there is no FMB and Survey Number in the Town Survey Register. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered and this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
