ORDER

The plaintiffs in a suit for partition, are the revisions petitioners. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners is unable to say as to whether the written statement has been filed by all the defendants. It is also not known as to whether issues are framed in the suit. Without the basic pleadings and without informing as to whether the issues are framed or not, a direction cannot be issued to the learned trial Judge for early disposal of the suit. However, considering the age of the first plaintiff, the learned III Additional District Judge, Gobichettipalayam is directed to dispose of the said suit, in O.S.No.6 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 24.01.2017 cs Copy to The Third Additional District Judge, Gobichettipalayam.
