These petitions have been filed to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the appellant and to bring on record the proposed petitioners 1 and 2 as appellants 2 and 3 and 3rd respondent as the 3rd respondent in the above appeal.
2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, the abatement is liable to be set aside and the proposed petitioners 1 and 2 as appellants 2 and 3 and 3rd respondent as the 3rd respondent have to be recognized as the as legal heirs of the deceased appellant, to advance substantive justice.
3. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.
