The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.01.2024 for the offences registered under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B),25,29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.05 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were each in possession of 10kgs and 800 grams of Ganja. 3.The learned Government Advocate stated that the quantity involved in this case is commercial in nature. 4.Taking into consideration that the quantity involved in this case is very huge, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed.
