This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondents to re-investigate the case in Crime No.754 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.754 of 2014 and filed a report as "Further action dropped" on 04.12.2014.
