Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6332 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 order dated 29.10.2020 in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8332 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8332 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
