Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents herein to sanction and disburse 50% of Family pension from 06.06.2005 onwards till date, with interest, to him, consequent on the death of his father viz. M.Narayanan, who served as Gang Mazdoor in the Highways Department and retired from service on 30.04.2004. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd Respondent that, the amount due to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner has already been sanctioned by the Government and that, the Government is willing to pay the same to the Petitioner, if not already paid, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd Respondent, that, the Government is willing to pay the sanctioned amount to the Petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
