Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings dated 18.11.2004 made in Na.Ka.No.118/2004 Va. Tho.Aa issued by the first respondent herein, quash the same, consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to grant permission to run STD Public Telephone and CCB Public Telephone, Ammapettai at 58/8 + 20 meter on the right of Toppur -Mettur-Bhavani-Erode Highways Road.
