Mr.S.Krishnamoorthy, v. Sellaiah,
CRP.NPD.No.2681 of 2011 and MP.No.1 of 2011 R. HEMALATHA, J.
This Civil Revision Petition is posted today for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
2. A perusal of the order passed by this court on 21.06.2019 shows that EP.No.75 of 2000 in OS.No.554 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif, Perambalur was terminated on 10.11.2008 after issuing sale certificate to the auction purchaser. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in EA.No.12 of 2007 in EP.No.75 of 2000 in OS.No.554 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif, Perambalur and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence this petition was dismissed as infructuous.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not see any reason to reopen the case or recall the orders passed by this court. The revision petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application to seek his remedy, if so advised.
