(The Order of the Court was made by R.Subbiah, J) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/letter dated 30.03.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that he belongs to Konda Reddis community and hence, he has filed the representation with regard to his termination on the ground of not producing the proper Community Certificate from the concerned authority. Writ Petition is concerned, it is to be noted that the petitioner is having effective alternative remedy only before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai and not before this Court. Hence, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
