O R D E R

By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 02.05.2022 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed, she filed a writ petition in WP No.26295 of 2022. After filing the writ petition, the third respondent has passed the order of rejection vide proceedings dated 16.11.2022. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the second respondent on 24.11.2022. Since no order has been passed in the appeal sofar, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking for a direction to dispose of the appeal dated 24.11.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 24.11.2022 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has 2/4

not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
