ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the petitioner's revision petition dated 10.10.2022.

2. Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed a statutory revision under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act on 10.10.2022.The limited relief, the petitioner is seeking for in this writ petition, is for early disposal of the said revision petition.

4. Heard Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's statutory revision petition dated 10.10.2022 filed under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
