[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 25.05.2022 requesting to grant 5% personal pay, within a time to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the respondent authorities have passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. 3.

Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
