C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.11.2023 for the offences registered under Sections girl missing altered to Sections 363,366(A) of I.P.C and Section 5(1),6(1) of POCSO Act 2019 altered to 363,366(A) of I.P.C and Section 5(1),6(1) of POCSO Act in Crime No.290 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the offence have now been altered to 363,366(A) of I.P.C and Section 5(1),6(1) of POCSO Act 2019 and Section 3(1) (w)(i), 3(2) (v) of SC/St Act, 1989.

3. The trial Court had rejected bail order in Crl.M.P.No.49 of 2024 vide order dated 29.01.2024.

4. Now, the petitioner will have to approach the Trial Court again seeking bail for the offences under sections 3(1) (w)(i), 3(2) (v) of SC/St Act, 1989.

5. In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed. 16.02.2024 smn
