ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the 3rd respondent to grant 3rd financial upgradation under MACP scheme w.e.f. 11.06.2020 with all consequential monetary benefits

2. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 17.04.2023, 24.09.2024, 16.12.2024 & 13.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's

representations dated 17.04.2023, 24.09.2024, 16.12.2024 & 13.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 11.02.2026 Index :Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order : Yes/No lok
