PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Temporary Order Na.Ka.A3/235/2015 dated 18.03.2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the second respondent to reduce the tariff of collecting entrance tax (toll) reasonably.
