ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodumudi to issue Non Bailable Warrant to the 1st respondent to secure the second respondent and imprison him for the breach of the order in M.C.No.02 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.
