ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3 rd respondent in Letter No.Na.Ka.4976/2020/MC7 dated 06.12.2022 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 3 rd respondent or his officials not to

disturb the petitioner's family from the quarters assigned to the petitioner as an employee of Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation, till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022, as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras in W.P.No.13517 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this Writ Petition since the concerned quarters has been issued in the name of the wife of the petitioner and therefore, the matter has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

petitions stand closed.
