PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents particularly the District Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC), Kancheepuram (North), Kancheepuram, the 4th respondent herein to implement the order of the District Collector, Kancheepuram District dated 14.11.2023 in Na.Ka.No.5763/2023/VI and relocate the TASMAC shop No.4096 from Survey No.240/2C, Subhasri Nagar, Vasantham Colony, Adhanancheri Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District to the petitioner premises Survey No.240/2C, Plot No.45, R.M.Nagar, Adhanancherry Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District forthwith.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to implement the order of the District Collector, Kancheepuram District. 2/6
2. The petitioner states that she is the owner of the property bearing S.No.240/2C, D.No.143, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram (North) District. It is further stated that by order dated 14.11.2023, TASMAC shop No.4096 was directed to be shifted to the petitioner's premises. After submitting a representation dated 18.01.2024 seeking implementation of the said order, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2. Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned standing counsel (TASMAC), accepts notice on behalf of respondents 3 & 4. Learned standing counsel for the TASMAC submits that the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024 would be considered and disposed of expeditiously.
4. The petitioner has placed on record the order of the District Collector dated 14.11.2023. By the said order, it was directed that further action be taken to shift shop No.4096 to the petitioner's premises. A representation was also submitted by the petitioner for such purpose. 3/6
5. Accordingly, W.P.No.2784 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024 by taking into account the order of the District Collector and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons, who would be affected by the decision. There will be no order as to costs.
