2. This application has been filed by the Official Assignee seeking to sell the vehicle morefully described in the Judges Summons to this 1/3

application. A detailed report has been filed by the Official Assignee dated 28.01.2025 in support of this application. Pursuant to the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court in this application, the Official Assignee has stated that V. Saravanan is the 1st highest bidder, out of the two offers received. However as seen from the report of the Official Assignee Mr.Saravanan was not inclined to purchase the vehicle and therefore, the Official Assigned has sought permission to sell the vehicle to P.Gokulnath, who is the 2nd highest bidder.

3. This Court is satisfied with the report of the Official Assignee, dated 28.01.2025 for selling the vehicle to Mr.P.Gokulnath who has offered to purchase the vehicle for a sum of Rs.31,000/- which is the highest offer received by the Official Assignee. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
