COMMON ORDER The applicants have applied for an interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the Tamil movie titled "Dhruvanatchathiram". Three third parties to such application have applied for being impleaded as respondents in the original application. Learned senior counsel representing the impleading applicants submit that they are partners in a firm called "Kondaduvom Entertainment", which produced the movie "Dhruvanatchathiram". Therefore, it is stated that any order issued in the original application would affect the impleading applicants.

2. Learned senior counsel for the original applicant referred to memorandum of understanding dated 31.03.2018 to point out that the impleading applicant in A.No.2719 of 2023 is one of the witnesses to the memorandum of understanding. Therefore, he contends that he cannot claim ignorance.

3. Given the fact that the impleading applicants are partners in the firm engaged in the production of "Dhruvanatchathiram", it appears that they are likely to be affected by any orders in the original application. Therefore, these applications are allowed as prayed for. As a consequence, the applicants are directed to carry out the amendments in O.A.No.283 of 2023 on or before
