When the matter was listed on 6.9.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even after the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 & 3 of 2011 are also dismissed.
