This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of 1/4

Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2023 made for grant of certified copy of Resolution dated 20.10.2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation to the respondent seeking to issue certified copy of Resolution dated 20.10.2023, however, the same has not yet been considered. The learned counsel further submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2023 and to pass appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the name of the petitioner Sangam was already cancelled under Section 37 of the Tamil Nadu Registration of Societies Act and hence the said Resolution cannot be taken on the file of the respondent and the same was also conveyed to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant the 2/4

relief sought for in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Public Information Officer for appropriate remedy.
