Prayer:

The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 4th respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1943/2010/N2 / dated 10.12.2010 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to correct the Revenue records from expired lease Poromboke to patta lands in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially while entertaining the writ petition, this Court granted an order of interim injunction and subsequently, the same has been vacated. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the writ petition has been disposed of much earlier. Therefore, he requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court to establish his title. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
