ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, to dispose O.S.No.119 of 2015, within the stipulated period of time.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and respondent is the defendant in O.S.No.83 of 2012. The petitioner filed O.S.No.83 of 2012 originally on the file of the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet, for recovery of vacant possession and arrears of rent. The respondent filed written statement in the year 2012. Subsequently, the said suit was transferred to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram and renumbered as O.S.No.119 of 2015. The respondent filed additional written statement on 04.01.2017. Subsequently, issues were framed and additional issues were framed on 07.04.2017. The suit was pending without any progress. Now the suit is adjourned to 04.08.2017 for trial. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with this revision for early disposal of O.S.No.119 of 2015

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, to dispose O.S.No.119 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event,

not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
