[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above miscellaneous petition seeking to fix an early date for hearing of the appeal and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.He also prayed that the petitions seeking suspension of sentence may be taken up for hearing.
