ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to execute the warrant issued against the second respondent by the Judicial Magistrate Court -1 Ponneri in STC No 131 of 2021 in the light of

2 Crl OP No.2969 of 2024 petitioner representation dated 20/04/2023 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was submitted that the accused person appeared before the Court and the warrant was also recalled.

Taking into consideration the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition. However, considering the facts that the case is of the year 2021, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court -1 Ponneri, to dispose of STC No 131 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
