ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the orders (1) dated 11.04.2008 of the second respondent (2) dated 3.12.2007 of the third respondent and (3) No.J/XC/P.227/SPS /HC87 /SAMT/DAR/Ur/153/2/07 dated 31.08.2007 of the fourth respondent to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner is passed away on 23.02.2018 and the death certificate is also circulated. Mr.S.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions and the writ petition may be closed, with liberty to re-open, if anything survives.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to re-open the case if anything survives. No costs.
