ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take steps to expeditiously number the Interim Application bearing S.R.No.1442 and 1443 of 2018 filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner, hear and dispose of the same within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
2. On 16.02.2018, we passed the following orders, "Supporting the prayer sought for Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned senior counsel, took us through the material on record, and contending inter alia that though interim applications have been filed in M.A.Sr.Nos.1442 and 1443 of 2018, by the writ petitioner to recall the order made in M.A.No.20 of 2018 in DRC No.5 of 2013 dated 31.01.2018 and that the same have been returned by the Registry and having regard to the urgency in taking physical possession of the property by the learned Advocate Commissioner, seeks indulgence.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the entire cause papers on the respondent through Court and privately, returnable by 21.02.2018.
3. Taking physical possession is restrained.
There shall be an interim injunction as prayed for.
4. It is made clear that if service as ordered is not completed, this Court will be constrained to pass suitable orders in WMP.No.4384 of 2018."
3. Representing M/s.Pushpa Menon, learned counsel on record, a submission has been made by Mr.A.Venkatesh Kumar learned counsel, that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
