ORDER

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that already the order dated 25.04.2024 passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No. 3757 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20786 of 2022 was confirmed by the Apex Court vide order dated 18.12.2024 when it was challenged by the 1st respondent/accused. To that effect, the copy of order passed by Apex Court has also been produced. Based on that, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that nearly about two years, the 1st respondent had not complied the order passed by this court. But, he filed a petition seeking to modify the condition in order to evade the proceedings. So, as on date, on perusal of records, it reveals that the 1st respondent/accused had not complied the order passed by this court. However, already he has deposited partly a sum of Rs.

25,00,000/- before the trial court and the remaining balance sum of Rs.25,00,000/- along with original title deeds is to be deposited in crime number as per the order passed by this court. So, it was not complied even after dismissal of Special Leave Petition. His submissions recorded.

2. The learned Government Advocate is directed to secure the accused within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
