COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in [1] Na.Ka.No.147/2008/Wind dated 31.08.2010 [2] Na.Ka.No.147/2008 Wind dated:14.09.2010 excessive fees/charges to the petitioner herein and [3] Ref.No.147/2008/Wind dated 12.10.2010 and quash the same.

For Petitioners : Mr.M.Ravi For Respondent : Mrs.R.Aniotha, Spl.G.P for R1,2 and 4 Mr.T.C.Harinath for R3 C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions are filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in [1] Na.Ka.No.147/2008/Wind dated 31.08.2010 [2] Na.Ka.No.147/2008 Wind dated:14.09.2010 excessive fees/charges to the petitioner herein and [3] Ref.No.147/2008/Wind dated 12.10.2010 and quash the same.

2. During the pendency of the Writ Petitions, the petitioners also challenged the order of the Block Development Officer before the

Collector by filing appeal. Now the Collector/1st respondent has passed an order dated 16.12.2022 fixing the license fee. The proceedings of the Collector is also placed before this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that based on the orders of the Collector they have paid the fees.

4. It is the contention of the learned Special Government Pleader hat if the petitioners file a fresh application the license will be considered within one week.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh application for license. On such applications being filed, the same shall be considered and the license shall be granted within a week. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
