C O M M O N O R D E R Both these writ petitions were filed by the Management of C2555, Valathur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank, which is the Co-operative Society, registered under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner/Society made submission that the Electric Board of the writ petitioner's Society has taken a decision to settle the matter and accordingly, a resolution was passed by the Society, which is signed by the President of the Society, dated 29.08.2019. As per the terms of resolution, the amount due to the respondent/workman would be settled in three installments.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner/Management themselves have agreed for a settlement and consequently passed the resolution, no further adjudication is required and the learned counsel for the writ petitioner also states that in view of the resolution passed by the writ petitioner/Management, the writ petition shall be disposed of as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
