ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to recover the documents belonging to the child of the petitioner from the second respondent and to handover the same to the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that already a complaint has been given by the petitioner and the enquiry is pending in CSR.No.16 of 2024, dated 25.01.2024.
