Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order dated 10.08.2021 passed by the Tahsildar, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, to show compliance of the direction of this court. The aforesaid order is taken note of. In the order, it is stated that after putting notice, survey was conducted, and finding it to be a patta land, further action was dropped.
