This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent under Rule 17-B in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.12645/A2/2022 dated 19.12.2022 and Na.Ka.No. 11165/A4/2022 dated 26.12.2022 and to quash the same. 2.

It is informed that the writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 26.12.2022 as well as the earlier order directing the petitioner to report for duty. Thereafter, an enquiry was held and concluded and the Enquiry Officer has also filed his report on 12.09.2025 before the first respondent. The first respondent is yet to pass orders regarding the same. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the first respondent to pass orders within a period of two months from today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
