ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition as "the petitioner shall execute of Rs.25,000/- two surety with one blood surety and other condition to deposit a document of immovable property value of Rs.20,00,000/- to be deposited the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Court for Exclusive Trial case and CCB Chennai order passed in Crl.M.P.No.37355 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the petitioner is still in custody from 19.06.2023. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Metropolitan Magistrate Additional Court for Exclusive Trial case and CCB Chennai, dated 30.08.2023 to deposit a document of immovable property value from Rs.20,00,000/- to Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only). Time 3 weeks.
