Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to re-convey the lands under section 48B of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and then to issue a no objection certificate to use the said land for petitioner's own purpose in respect of the property in Survey No.844/1D, in Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagriri District, in the light of order of this Court in W.P.No.19582 of 2010 Order dated 12.12.2017.
