CMP.No.2046 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record Respondents 15 to 20 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Respondent in the above appeal as respondents 15 to 20. 2.CMP.No.2057 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record Respondents 8 to 14 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st Respondent in the above appeal as respondents 8 to 14. 3.CMP.No.2061 of 2022 has been filed to record the 4th Respondent herein as legal representative of the deceased 2nd Respondent in the above appeal.

4.CMP.No.2064 of 2022 has been filed to record the 3rd Respondent herein as legal representative of the deceased 1st Respondent in the above appeal.

5.CMP.No.5627 of 2022 has been filed to recognize the 1st Petitioner and Petitioners 5 to 11 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Cross Appellant. 6.CMP.No.5630 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record Petitioners 12 to 17 as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd Cross Appellant. 1/3

7.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides. 8.The factum of death of the deceased and their legal representatives are not in dispute. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for. 9.Registry is directed to amend the causetitle within a period of three weeks and post the matter after three weeks.
