This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the C.C.No.530 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial magistrate, Tambaram.

2.It is seen from records that by passage of time, the parties have been arrived at a compromise and filed Crl OP.11404 of 2018 seeking to quash the proceedings on the ground of compromise and this Court vide order dated 13.04.2018 had already quashed the proceedings in C.C.No.530 of 2014 on the file of learned Judicial magistrate, Tambaram.
